John Voulgarakis

With the cooperation of the National Bank Cultural Foundation (M.I.E.T.) - Cultural Centre of Thessaloniki

1 -  October 24

*absence, (noun); the time during which a person or thing is not where he/it should or could be; the non-existence, the lack of.

"When I'm not here, does the world still exist?" How much does the human absence or presence affect the space? Are we really changing objects around us? And when we're gone, do they keep something from us?

Questions almost metaphysical; impossible answers. Reading the photos through the aspect of whether we put our mark to objects and spaces we leave behind.

Reading in search of "present--absent".
