4th festival - November 2017 The 4th Thessaloniki Photo Festival (November 2017) was based on the dynamic cooperation of three photography groups in Thessaloniki, “ Photoporoi ”, “KLIKers”, “F”, and the production of 5 thematic group exhibitions. Then, with the collaboration of Photometria International Photography Festival, 9 individual works from “Parallel Voices” were added. Finally, three contemporary Greek photographers were selected to present a solo exhibition for their first time in Greece. In addition to the exhibitions, a speech event on "Photography Festivals" was incorporated, taking place at Thessaloniki Museum of Photography, as well as portfolio reviews at Kounio Image Space.

The objective was to explore the dreamlike expression, perspective or concern that an image might contain.

It represents a quest for one of the most popular photographic themes, portraiture, and its potential.

“INSIGNIFICANT THEME”, group exhibition Opening: Thursday, November 2, 18:00 Duration: November 2 – 30 Kounio Image Space: 24 Komninon st., tel. 2310271003 Opening hours: Mo. 09:00-17:00, Tu. 09:00-16:00, Wed. 09:00-17:00, Th. 09:00-18:00, Fr. 09:00-16:00, Sat. 09:00-11:00, Sun. closed The group exhibition entitled “Insignificant Theme” includes 71 photos of 16 photographers, demonstrating their work through a portfolio of 3 to 6 photos. This exhibition was the result of an exercise, following a presentation that dealt with the differentiation between a “beautiful theme” and a “beautiful photograph”. The aim was to discover indifferent, insignificant themes that we often overlook and to use them in an effort to create a portfolio.

The objective was to explore the concept of the "Outer" through personal expression, perspective or concerns, but also to follow up on a previous thematic / exhibition entitled "Inner", which was held in the past.

The objective of this exhibition was to emphasize on the nostalgic aspects of photography.
